The Women’s Spring Retreat is just around the corner and we are really excited!
Here is a look at our schedule for the weekend:
Friday, April 12/13
7pm – Welcome & Registration
7:30pm – Worship Session #1
9pm – Coffee & Dainties
Saturday, April 13/13
9am – Light Breakfast
9:45am – Worship Session #2
11:45am – Lunch
12:45 – 2:45 – Optional Workshops & Activities*
3pm – Worship Session #3
4:30pm – Goodbyes
* We have some great workshops & activities planned for Saturday afternoon. Feel free to participate in any or all of them! Or, if you’d rather relax, play some games, do some handwork (feel free to bring it along), etc. – you are more than welcome to do that as well. Some of the activities include: Canvas Painting with Heidi Werner, Menu Planning with Sharon Steward & Yoga with Jane Braun. For those of you interested in doing yoga (note: you do not have to have ever done yoga before to participate in this one!), you will want to bring a change of clothing along that you stretch & move in. Runners are not necessary – barefoot or socks is great. And if you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it along as well, but it is not necessary!
Other things you won’t want to forget to bring to the retreat: your slippers, flip flops or whatever makes you comfy, a Bible, and a mug (for coffee & tea).
If you have not registered for the retreat yet, you still have a couple of days. We will be set up with a registration table in the West Foyer this Sunday, April 7th. This will be the final day to register!
